2. Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your booking:

Since our services are customized to meet the specific needs of your event, we do not accept returns of event decor, packages, or services once they have been delivered and set up. We ensure that all items are carefully prepared and tailored to your specifications.

However, if you experience issues with the quality or condition of the decor or services provided, please contact us immediately to discuss potential solutions. Our team will work with you to address any problems or concerns.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Requests: If you are eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within [X] days from the cancellation or service issue.
